Big Brother - Week 3 - Eviction

Well, I asked for drama, and I got it!

Danielle tells Rachel and Brendan that if Dominick goes home she’s going to be pissed.  She tells them that he’s her partner in this game since her father left and to send him home would be like sending one of the pair’s significant others home.

Kahlia continues to lie and tells Jordan that she didn’t know that there was a plan to backdoor her and Jeff this past week.  Apparently Jeff and Jordan are really interested in finding out who was the mastermind behind the plot to backdoor them.  Jeff asks Dominick who the culprit was, and he lies and says he doesn’t know – it was Danielle, by the way.

Now that Dominick knows he’s probably going home this week, he does some damage control with Brendan, Jeff and Rachel.  Dominick tells Jeff that he was not the mastermind behind the plan to backdoor him in front of Brendan and Brendan confirms that Dominick never came up with the idea.  Everyone now knows that it was Danielle’s idea.

Kahlia goes to Brendan and confronts him about how the Veterans haven’t been talking to her.  Brendan blames her for the lack of communication because he says she’s playing both sides of the house.  Brendan then uses the “floater” word again and Kahlia is pissed.  And we get this amazing camera angle…haha!

Jordan calls a house meeting and everyone meets in the Kitchen area.  Everyone is blaming Kahlia for playing both sides of the house and she defends herself and says she’s playing HER game.  The “meeting” gets pretty heated when Jeff calls Danielle out about planning the backdooring of he and Jordan – and all the veterans jump on the Jeff Ship and turn on Danielle.  Danielle fights back – and I didn’t expect her to back down at all!  Everyone has something to say in the argument – except for Shelley and Lawon…I think Adam was sleeping.

At the live eviction, Dominick’s speech pretty much ruins every chance he had at staying in the house when he calls most of the house guests “spineless jellyfish”.  Danielle is the only one who votes to evict Adam and says that she’s not scared to go against the “King and Queen” of the house…let’s face it, she’s the target anyway – doesn’t matter if she went with the house or not!

Dominick is evicted and leaves the BB house.  The farewell tape from Jeff and Jordan was hilarious – Jordan mocks Rachel and says “ain’t nobody going to get in between me and my man!”  Haha!  I hope Rachel gets to see that!

Julie lets the HG’s know that they are all playing as individuals now and that the twists are far from being over!

The HOH competition starts in the backyard and it’s an endurance challenge.  There’s a huge wall that looks like a mountain with skis coming out of it.  The houseguests must hold onto their ski “poles” (basically handles coming out of the wall) and hold on for as long as they can while the skis at the bottom rock back and forth.  As they fall, the first 5 must pick up one of 5 snowballs from a table and open it.  One contains $10,000…the others may contain something bad!  The mountain’s “slope” continues to lean forward and snow starts to fall.  And, we have no idea who wins until Sunday.  Well, actually, I know who wins HOH thanks to Morty's TV live feeds.  Yea, yea…it’s cheating…but I couldn’t help it!  I can’t wait until Sunday to find out what’s going on!!!  Now BB is finally getting interesting!

Big Brother - Week 3 - POV

I'm really starting to get sick of knowing exactly who's going home each week.  The Veterans are really ruining the suspense as they run the house!  I need someone to make a big move and start some drama!

So, after nominations, Adam and Dominick both think they're up as pawns - because they both made deals with Brenchel.  Rachel goes to Adam and Dominick to make a deal but Dominick tells her no - not until after the POV because they both want to fight for their lives.

In other news, Brendan's knees still look really gross!  What could be grosser?  Umm, well Brendan and Rachel taking a bath together pretty much tops his knee scabs.  Rachel's boob keeps popping out of her bathingsuit and adds to the tub full of annoying and trash.

Brendan tells Dominick to throw the Veto and that they will save him and possibly backdoor Jeff and Jordan.

Jeff notices that Dominick and Danielle are hanging out a lot - and it irritates him because Danielle knew how much Jeff wanted to get Dominick out of the house last week.   Danielle slowly reveals her sneakiness and, in my opinion, her ability to play the game really well from both sides of the house.

VETO Competition:  Players are Jeff and Jordan, Rachel and Brendan, and the nominees - Adam and Dominick.  If you're a BB fan, you'll remember Jeff's ridiculous spelling fail in his season on BB where he spelled "Technotronics" in the Veto competition.  Well, he's back for a redemption with this Veto competition.  There's a huge lady in a bath tub in the BY and the HG's must "pluck" giant hairs off her legs - yuck - with letters on the bottoms of them to spell the longest word they can.  Jordan spells "little".  Dominic spells "standings" (umm, aren't you supposed to be throwing this Veto?).  Rachel fails miserably spelling "mouisturizing"...what a moron.  Adam spells "fractions".  Jeff spells "expresses".  And of course Brendan takes the Veto by spelling "understanding".

Shelly tells Jordan about her conversation with Dominick from the night before and that Dominick wants to take out Jeff so that he can play with Shelley and Jordan.  Jordan goes straight to Brendan and Rachel to tell them about the plan that Dominick has in mind.  Now, the Veterans are realizing that Danielle is pretty much the mastermind behind all of Dominick's antics.  Jeff and Brendan decide that after Dominick is out this week, they will go after Danielle.

So, in summary - Danielle campaigned to keep Dominick in the house and backdoor Jeff and Jordan.  Meanwhile, Dominick reveals that he wants to go after Jeff and start a new alliance with Shelley and Jordan (you really think she's going to play with you after you send her boo home?).  Dominick made a deal with Rachel to throw the Veto and that he would be safe in return...but since Danielle revealed her cards too soon in the game, so to speak, she basically threw herself and Dominick under the bus.

Brendan doesn't use the POV...duh.  I suppose we will send Dominick home on Thursday.

Thank goodness this is the last Golden Key in BB13...Thursday night everyone will play for HOH.  Finally - a chance for Danielle, Porsche, and Shelley to DO something in the house instead of just voting for whoever Rachel tells them to!

The Bachelorette - Week 8

Ashley and the boys are off to Fiji - another "this is the most beautiful place in the world"!  Ashley says it never rains in Fiji, but two of the three dates was raining at some point.  Hmm.

Dun Dun Dun...Ryan shows back up - in Fiji.  You can tell Ashley is totally overwhelmed that he was there and not really sure how to react.  Ryan tells Ashley that he didn't think their date in Taiwan allowed them to find the passion in their relationship.  He asks her for another chance to spend time together and gives her his hotel room number.  Well, at least he didn't force an answer out of her right then and there!

Ben gets the first date of the trip and they go out on a huge yacht.  Ben and Ashley lube eachother up with sunscreen and flirt big time the whole date.  I'm liking Ben more and more as time goes by - he's funny when he flirts!  Later in the evening they have dinner and talk about what their favorite part of the date was and they both agree that it was the ride home - umm, we didn't get to see that.  Ben circles around the "I Love You" but never actually says it to Ashley - but lets us know that he feels that strongly for her.  Chris leaves a fantasy suite date card with them and while Ben makes it sound less scandalous than it is by letting her know he's ready to take their relationship to the next level - Ashley says "wanna get out of here?"

Constantine's date starts off in a helicopter that flies them all over Fiji.  The best part of this episode is they show Ryan walking around on a reef and Ashley and Constantine fly over - ba ha ha ha!  They fly to a waterfall that is absolutely gorgeous and Constantine is genuinely excited and overwhelmed with everything they've done so far.  During their picnic, Constantine tells Ashley that he looked at 108 houses before he bought the one he lives in now!  OMG, I would HATE to be his real estate agent!  Ashley thinks they need more time, and takes the statement about the houses as how he searches for a wife...not really, but kind of Ash.  Later in the evening, they start talking more about how they feel, and Constantine tells her that being affectionate usually comes naturally to him, but he hasn't felt the urge as much with Ashley to show affection.  He continues to bury himself and tells her that he doesn't have the feelings he needs to move forward with her and that this is the end of the road for him.

Around this time, Obama interrupts and lets us know - once again, how much our country is in debt.  Um, I don't interrupt you Mr. President to talk about my credit card bills, do I?  Couldn't this have waited until like 10:01?

Constantine leaves...nobody is really sad about this.  Ashley opens the fantasy suite date card - as if you don't know what it says???

Ashley goes to see Ryan and he is 100% ecstatic that she came to see him - don't worry, he won't be for long.  Ashley tells him that he was exactly what she thought she was looking for from the beginning but that she has found the passion with two other people.  Ouch...sent packing twice - it's like watching someone kick a puppy.  Ryan gazes out over the reef by his room and watches the blow holes - probably thinking about going to put his face on one.  In other news, Ashley was telling the truth when she said Ryan was what she wanted from the beginning - take a gander at the similarities:

The best for last - JP and Ashley get to fly to a private island (the pilot is really only like 100 yards away) and be boring.  Her dates are terrible - have I said that before?  Poor selection Ashley!  And for cryin' out loud, JP, take your shirt off!!!  Thank you.  Ok, back to the date...and the evil joke Ashley plays on JP.  So, we all know that Constantine left and Ryan left as well...JP doesn't know this.  Ashley tells JP that she sent two people home this week - and you can see JP's face light up like the Griswold's house at Christmas.  The poor guy thought he won!  Finally she lets him in on the important detail that Ryan came back.  JP blushes the entire time he reads the fantasy suite card - and apparently Ashley is needing some action.  Once they get to the fantasy suite, Ashley changes into a white oxford and nothing else - well that's not forward at all...  Wait, didn't Michelle Money do that last season?

Even though there's two guys and two roses, Ashley still wants a rose ceremony - because it's important that they accept the roses from her - and they do.

Sunday night is the "Men Tell All" episode and Monday is the finale...and THEN Monday AFTER the finale is the "After the Final Rose" episode.  Whew, my DVR is gonna be blowin' up!

Big Brother - Week 3 - Nominations

Jeff is pushing Rachel to put Adam and Dominick up for eviction...well, duh...it's either them or Kahlia and Lawon.  And finally we get to see Rachel get hit on BB!  When ding bat comes in from the DR to ask the infamous question "who wants to see my HOH room!?!" everyone is hiding then comes out and throws pillows at her.  I would have opted for a lamp or something a little harder.  Just saying.

We learn from this episode that Lawon talks in circles and makes ZERO sense when talking about game play!
The HG's get a luxury competition!  There's 3 clues that they must figure out which celebrity the clues refer to and go to DR to make their guess.  Of all the HG's I assumed Jordan would get it wrong, but apparently home girl knows her celebrities!  Jordan gets it right on the first guess with only one clue.  They go out to the backyard and The Hoff is there with Kit!  (BTW, the Hoff is HUGE - I mean, that's a tall dude!)  Jordan wins a screening of the new show "Same Name" and gets to choose 3 other HG's to go with her.  She picks Jeff (duh), Kahlia and Shelley.  Naturally, Rachel gets mad about not being picked and her and Brendan get in a fight.  Brendan suggests to her that they put Jordan and Jeff up this week for eviction - because they think Jordan didn't choose them because she "doesn't like them".  In all fairness, I wouldn't pick them either!  They would probably be all over each other and making out the whole time the show was on!

In the end, Rachel nominates Adam and Dominick for eviction and I think the plan is to get Adam out of the house.

Big Brother - Week 2 - Eviction

Cassi and Shelley are on the block, and being the southern gals that they are, they don't want to campaign against each other.  It doesn't really matter anyway, everyone is gunning to get Cassi out this week - campaigning at this point is a waste of energy and time!  Shelley feels bad that Cassi is going home and that she has lied to her about her alliance with the Veterans.  That would suck a little...not gonna lie.

Jordan kind of regrets her decision to put them on the block and not knock off Brenchel. If I was her, I would have put them up on the block without even hesitating!  BB is all about game changers, and if it's down to you and one other person on the last night in the house - the jury will vote based on who played the game the best and made the biggest moves.

Cassi confronts Rachel - at this point, what do you have to lose anyway - and asks her why she doesn't like her or what she did to make her go after her this week.  Rachel babbles and calls Cassi a liar - which is totally untrue.  Cassi fights back and calls Rachel a caddy girl and an ugly person inside!  YAY! I think Rachel was just trying to find reasons not to like Cassi!

When Cassi confronts Brendan he acts just as caddy and immature as Rachel - they're obviously meant to be!  I just don't understand why Rachel and Brendan hated her so much!  She tried to make a deal with them and stuck to it - it was Brendan and Rachel that lied to Cassi and Shelley!

Any who...onto voting.  By a vote of 9 to 0, Cassi leaves the house.  Sad stuff, but what makes this awesome is that even though Rachel got her way, while the live feed was still running, Rachel's mic was still on and she was peeing!  hahahaha!  Classic.

HOH Competition was based on questions from BB online asking which house guest would you rather, would be more likely, etc. The order of stupidity goes: Kahlia, Jeff, Adam, Lawon, Dominick, Brendan and F.M.L. Rachel is the HOH again.

Several of my friends have now sworn off BB, and refuse to watch anymore.  I cannot stand Rachel, but I have faith that Jordan will win again.  I just hope someone other than Brenchel wins BB this year, otherwise I'm quitting too.

Big Brother - Week 2 - POV

Jordan wants Dominick to be the target this week and tells Adam to throw the Veto competition so the nominations stay the same.  Danielle pushes for Dominick to win the Veto so they can put Cassi up in her place.  Apparently Rachel hates Cassi, but LOVES the word "Floater".  Jordan tells Cassi that the reason Rachel doesn't like her is because she's pretty and that distracts from Rachel getting attention.  DUH.

Veto Competition players are Jordan, Jeff, Adam and Dominick - then Rachel and Brendan are drawn at "random" to play as well.  Is it just me or do they get to play in EVERY competition!?!  Rachel asks Brendan if they win the Veto can they change the nominations - and of course he agrees with her.

The Veto competition is for individuals only - no teamwork needed here.  The HG's must walk on a balance beam to retrieve gumballs, then chew the gum and walk back to a board that has a design shaped like the veto symbol and stick their gum on the symbol until it fills up.  If they fall, they're out of the competition - unless they choose to take 2 weeks of slop to get back into the game.

Jordan falls first and wants to take the slop to get back in the game, and Jeff tells her not to.  Rachel utters some ridiculousness about if the HOH isn't taking the slop pass and continuing to play then why should she.  Then Rachel falls and takes the slop pass to get back into the competition - dummy.  Then the dummy falls again.  Enjoy your slop, you're a moron.  Dominick wins the POV.

Jeff confronts Rachel about her remarks during the game about Jordan not taking the slop pass and Rachel gets upset.  So upset that she crawls in a bush and cries.  At this point, I'm laughing hysterically!  Brendan consoles her and rubs her ego enough to get her out of the bush long enough to talk her into apologizing to Jordan and Jeff.  I think they realize at this point that they could be the replacement nominees.

Jeff and Jordan actually contemplate putting Rachel and Brendan up in place of Adam and Dominick when Dominick uses the POV on himself and Adam.  BUT, Jordan is also an idiot and puts Cassi and Shelley up as replacements.  Perfect, Jordan...give Brenchel exactly what they want.

The way it's looking, Cassi is probably going home this week.  Shelley is a "floater" and plays both sides of the house, so she will more than likely have the Veteran's votes.  We'll find out Thursday!
